The developer of four detached houses within the London Borough of Sutton had planning conditions requiring the site to reduce CO2 emissions by more than 10% through the use of renewables and a second condition requiring the homes to achieve Code for Sustainable Homes level 3.
Ivan has produced the Energy Strategy to discharge the planning condition and is managing the Code Assessment on behalf of the developer.
